This course will cover all elements of milk preparation and pouring latte art. Everything from the chemistry of how milk reacts with heat, the physics behind steaming and developing various latte art patterns and techniques.
A course exclusive to latte art to bring out your inner artist.
Ideally you would have completed the Foundation Barista course (see here) or have sufficient knowledge of the workings of an espresso machine.
Courses are held in our teahouse at Wyndham Arcade - and begin at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start
