Chicken karaage with peanut sauce    Japanese style fried chicken with homemade peanut sauce


Salmon misozuke     Grilled miso glazed salmon with sautéed padron pepper


Tofu katsu (VE)  Breaded deep-fried tofu with tonkatsu sauce

Miso soup   Wakame seaweed and leek soy bean paste (miso) soup 

Kinchaku   A stuffed fried tofu pouch in broth   

Nasu dengaku   Grilled aubergine with sweet miso

Renkon kinpira   Sautéed lotus roots, peppers, sesame and shichimi-chilli

Yaki negi   Grilled leeks marinated in yuzu citrus, soy and vinegar
