Shipping Policy

Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays. We aim to process all orders within two working days, though we often dispatch sooner.
Please allow up to five working days for Standard Delivery and up to three working days for Express Delivery (processing + courier time).

Standard Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48
• Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch
• Fully tracked
• Someone may need to be present to receive the parcel

If your order has not arrived 7 working days after the due date, please contact hello@waterlootea.com with your order number.

Express Delivery – DPD Local
• Delivered next working day after dispatch
• Fully tracked with email/text updates
• Signature may be required

If your order has not arrived 3 working days after the due date, please contact hello@waterlootea.com with your order number.

International Shipping
• Shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
• Estimated delivery:
– Europe: 3–5 working days
– Rest of world: 6–7 working days

Import taxes, duties, or handling fees may be charged by your local customs office. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.

If your order has not arrived:
– Europe: 20 working days after the due date
– Rest of world: 25 working days after the due date
