Processing

At the heart of Peach Blossom is Bai Mu Dan, a traditional white tea made from tender leaves and silvery buds.

The tea leaves undergo minimal levels of processing to preserve its clarity and gentle sweetness. This creates a delicate body that lends itself to blending with the flavours of peach and tangerines. We hand blend each batch to ensure consistency and balance in every cup.

This tea can also be versatile in its preparation. Brewed hot, it offers a comforting, aromatic cup. Whereas cold brewing can offer an excellent way to enjoy its subtle fruit character, either on its own or combined with other teas, such as jasmine green.
