This course will cover all foundation elements of being a barista. Everything from adjusting your grinder and tamping technique to espresso machine maintenance and the science of extraction.
Milk steaming and pouring to achieve latte art will also be covered in the second part of the session.
It will have you heading home packed with enthusiasm for producing great tasting drinks and more knowledge that you thought possible.

We ask attendees to arrive at 6pm for 6.15pm start - and the course runs until 8.30pm/8.45pm
