Light and Fragrant. This delicate elderflower infusion takes you back to late summer.

This infusion is said to aid calmness and promote a good night’s sleep. Also anecdotally used to relieve symptoms of hay fever and colds.

You'll notice we don't refer to it as elderflower tea as the word 'tea' is only used when the tea plant is present (camellia sinensis). 

This dried herb has grown in popularity in recent years and overtaken the like of chamomile for being the drink of choice at bedtime. So if you're thinking of a night time 'tea' - perhaps this should be the one you try next.

Store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep pouches sealed between uses to preserve flavour and character. Most teas remain enjoyable after their best-before date, though blends with added flavours may lose their intensity after this date.
