Homemade sesame tofu

with wasabi and konbu dashi sauce

Tazukuri

Roasted small dried sardines coated in a sweet soy sauce with sesame seeds

 

SECOND

Vegetable tempura

Sushi (4 pieces)

Salmon

Konbu cured sea bream

Smoked salmon and avocado

Smoked mackerel

 

THIRD

Accompanied with lotus roots, red peppers and green vegetable sauté

Breaded deep-fried thinly cut pork with vegetables served with tonkatsu sauce and sweet chili sauce
