The Food Haven is a Pop-up restaurant, previously run from Romy Franke's home and frequently hosted at the popular Canteen on Clifton Street, Cardiff.

It is the first time we are popping up at Washington Tea in Penarth.

Here you can unwind from a busy day and meet interesting people in a lovely relaxing atmosphere - like a dinner party with people you do not know yet.

Discover new flavours and textures of the best homemade foods - all free from dairy, refined sugars, gluten and meat.

Based on the freshest, unprocessed and organic ingredients which I buy from the local farmers' market I put together a delicious five-course meal - all to be enjoyed in great company and informal ambience.
