Latte Art Workshops

These workshops are dedicated exclusively to latte art to bring out your inner artist.

We will cover all elements of milk preparation and pouring latte art. Everything from the chemistry of how milk reacts with heat, the physics behind steaming and developing various latte art patterns and techniques.

The workshop is up to 2 hours long, and the goal is to pour as many coffees as possible within this time limit. If you're happy with your progression of the main designs before the time is up we can move onto different and more complex patterns.

Ideally you would have completed the Foundation Barista Skills Course (see here) or have sufficient knowledge of the workings of an espresso machine.

We ask attendees to arrive at 5.45pm for 6pm start - and the course runs until 7.30-8pm

The venue is Waterloo Tea, Waterloo Gardens, Penylan, Cardiff, CF23 5AA
