Also known as African Red Bush, Rooibos is a nutritious herb with many purported health benefits. It grows only in specific microclimates of South Africa, and was originally drunk by the nomadic tribes inhabiting the Western Cape.
Devoid of bitterness it is naturally sweet and caffeine free. Some will also take this with milk.
