Ingredients

The base of Tangerine Oolong is a lightly oxidised oolong tea, known for its smooth texture and gentle floral undertones. Oolong sits between green and black tea in oxidation, a process achieved through repeated heating and rolling that encourages partial fermentation while preserving freshness.

To this, we add lemon balm and orange peel - two botanicals that complement oolong’s natural sweetness with soft citrus notes. Lemon balm has long been valued in herbal traditions for its calming, aromatic qualities, while orange peel contributes depth and a mild zestiness.

Natural tangerine essence completes the blend, enhancing the bright citrus aroma and lending a juicy finish that ties the ingredients together. The result is a tea that celebrates both craftsmanship and creativity, capturing the balance of warmth and refreshment that defines great oolong blends.
